Beginning August 2, 2010, Taylor Telephone will offer a new DSL Maintenance Plan.  The DSL Maintenance Plan will cost $4.95 per month and includes the following features:

1.  The DSL Maintenanced Plan covers the modem and wire to the modem only.  (All other wires in the house should be covered under a separate house wire maintenance agreement.)

2.  Customers who sign up within the first 30 days the DSL  Maintenance Plan is offered will get the first two months free.

Modems have a 30-day factory warranty (unless you have the DSL Maintenance Plan).

After August 2, 2010, DSL service call charges for customers without the maintenance plan will be $50 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and $75 after hours and weekends.
